Our survey team mobilises from Riyadh across Saudi Arabia, and works throughout Bahrain, where the group has operated since 1996. Buildings, industrial plant, infrastructure and heritage sites — wherever the project is, we bring the scanner to it.
How accurate is 3D laser scanning?
The Leica ScanStation P40 captures one million points per second at ranges up to 270 m, with survey-grade dual-axis compensation. On a typical building survey in Bahrain that gives millimetre-level accuracy in the registered point cloud.
What deliverables do I get?
Registered point clouds (RCP, E57 or LAS), 2D plans, sections and elevations in AutoCAD or MicroStation format, meshes, or a full Scan-to-BIM model in Revit or OpenBuildings — whichever your team builds from.
How much does a 3D laser scan cost in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain?
It depends on the area, the level of detail and the deliverable. Send us the site location and what you need out of it and we will quote, usually within a day.
